I’m an elementary school teacher and parent coach with over 18 years of experience working directly with children and families.
With a background in psychology and nearly two decades in the classroom, I’ve seen firsthand how quickly school transitions can trigger stress — and how powerful it is when parents understand how to steady things early.
Now, I teach parents simple, practical nervous-system tools that lower reactivity and help children settle faster during emotional moments.
